After working at BBDP and JWT Milan, Andrea joined JWT London as Creative Director for Unilever Worldwide. In 2004, he was named VP Creative Director at JWT Paris, then President and Creative Director of Grey Paris, which he led to becoming the most highly awarded agency at the 2009 Cannes Lions. He founded Herezie in 2010.

Paul began his career as a Social Media Strategist for Marcel in 2015 and contributed to the digital and social development of multiple clients including Marc Dorcel and Renault. As Executive Creative Director at Herezie with Etienne Renaux, he is devoted to the development of the Group’s creativity.

Graduated with a Master’s Degree in visual communications at the ECV school in Paris.
Formerly Creative Director of Fred&Farid, he distinguished himself on Audemars Piguet, Rémy Martin, La Redoute, Amazon, AB InBev brands Tripel Karmeliet and Budweiser. Etienne now has won more than 60 awards. Since January 2020, he has been co-Executive Creative Director of Herezie with Paul Marty.
