Venables Bell + Partners Names Two New Associate Partners: Brittni Hutchins Promoted to Associate Partner, Chief Growth Officer, and Gavin Jones Promoted to Associate Partner, Managing Director

Leading independent agency Venables Bell + Partners announced today that Brittni Hutchins has been promoted to Associate Partner, Chief Growth Officer, and Gavin Jones to Associate Partner, Managing Director. In their new roles, they will play an integral role in guiding the agency's future and developing business plans that fuel and support VB+P's mission of “doing right” by employees, clients, and consumers.

As Associate Partner, Chief Growth Officer, Brittni Hutchins will be responsible for securing revenue for the agency through new business efforts across all lines of business and oversight of the VB+P brand and marketing efforts. She steps up her role from Head of Growth and Marketing, where in the past two years, she has secured 14 new partnerships with a variety of established and emerging brands, including Scout Motors, Carter's, Affirm, Opendoor, Peelz, Pizza Express, Discount Tire, Frito-Lay, Bay Alarm, Chrome Industries, PepsiCo brand Off The Eaten Path and Ben & Jerry's. Hutchins has also made a tremendous impact on the agency's work outside of typical client SOWs by spearheading all creative initiatives that aim to positively affect critical cultural issues and challenges today. She will continue leading this "impact work" in her new role ahead.

As Associate Partner, Managing Director, Gavin Jones will oversee all agency divisions, including foundational brand essentials and strategy work, communications architecture, integrated production and post-production, experience design, always-on content and social media, emerging tech and brand AI and new product development. He will also lead all agency processes and staff structures to support strong expertise and efficiencies across the team and ultimately deliver outstanding work. Jones has been elevated to Associate Partner after being promoted to Managing Director in 2021. In the past year, his notable accomplishments include launching The Taproom Studios, a modern content and creation studio with full production capabilities, and leading VB+P's partnership with X_Stereotype™, a first-of-its-kind AI powered platform that analyzes content through the lens of diversity and inclusion.
