Story Sunday drives are usually leisurely, relaxing jaunts. But with the Audi allroad, those drives become a little more adventurous.
The Audi A4 allroad is for drivers who enjoy active, rugged luxury. With this in mind, Audi of America and MUH-TAY- ZIK | HOF-FER created the new online film ‘Sunday Drive,’ which pays tribute to brand’s 80s rally heritage and the allroad’s active drivers.
Over the course of the film we follow a couple as they perform their Sunday morning routine, but with a twist. Routine chores are replaced by edge-of-your-seat driving.
The world in ‘Sunday Drive’ is full of sweeping fishtails and 180-degree drifts that can happen anywhere, anytime and for any reason — even during your leisurely Sunday morning coffee run, if that’s your thing — thanks to Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive technology.
Instead of a quaint asphalt strip, the roads in the film are dirty streaks of dust and gravel that snake through their surroundings. But “Sunday Drive’s no digital illusion. No CGI trickery was used. Every road in this suburban utopia was carefully covered with layer upon layer of dirt and gravel, allowing the stunt drivers to truly let their A4 allroad’s rip.
