Chris leads the RAPP UK operation (now incorporating Proximity London) with a talented team of around 500 people. Having grown up through Client Services, and held leadership positions for over 20 years, his passion lies in building enduring client relationships by setting standards for excellence. Chris believes fiercely in helping everyone to be the best version of themselves by standing up for individuality. In fact in 2018 & 2019, the IPA awarded RAPP a Gold accreditation for learning and development. It’s therefore unsurprising that great talent follows Chris, which in turn, has led to great work and lasting client relationships. Some clients have partnered with Chris for over a decade and he’s worked across all sectors from automotive to airlines, finance to FMCG, and telcos to charities. Chris is increasingly known across the Omnicom network and others for his dedication and innovation around making mental wellbeing part of the business’s operating rhythm. Prior to becoming CEO of Rapp, Gabby was at Proximity: 3 years running the International business in the Paris office and 8 years in Proximity London as MD and then CEO. Coming from a Digital background at the start of it all, Gabby is passionate about the constant evolution of Marketing, finding new and better ways to solve meaty client problems, make consumers happy and deliver outstanding creative work! She is also obsessed with harnessing the collective genius of the Agency to make magic. Magic is also very important at home because Gabby has two little girls, Gracie aged 3 ½ and Lilah 1 ½ - they both own multiple magic wands.

Prior to RAPP, she worked client side as Marketing Director at Virgin Wines and Harper Collins where she pioneered e-CRM best practice and led digital transformation.

With 15 years’ tenure at RAPP Worldwide, Marco assumed the role of Global CEO in June 2016. Most recently, as President, RAPP EMEA & APAC - EVP, Global Clients, Marco led RAPP’s international growth initiatives to build a relevant network in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia – including the opening of RAPP offices in Berlin, Singapore, China and Dubai, all within 2016. Since joining RAPP Worldwide, he’s built an extremely robust brand for the agency internationally and is often noted for his ability to develop strong relationships with global clients. Prior to joining RAPP, Marco served in various roles, across multiple verticals and regions, at global agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy.
