HeyLet'sGo! Leitung und Teammitglieder

Tim Cawley

Tim Cawley

Founder & Chief Creative Officer

Tim is an alum of agencies such as Mullen, Hill Holliday, Y&R and Carmichael Lynch. In 2014, he co-founded Sleek Machine, which grew to be one of the most highly-regarded small agencies in New England. In 2019, he took all he’d learned from that venture and channeled it into HeyLet’sGo!

Tim’s work as a Writer, Director and Creative Director has been featured in Adweek, Ad Age’s Creativity Online (where he has over 50 credits), One Show (which he’s judged twice), Cannes, Clio, Webbys (People’s Choice Winner), Communication Arts, and the New England Hatch Awards (twice winning Best of Show). He’s name-checked in the influential advertising book Hey Whipple, Squeeze This. Archive Magazine ranks him as one of the top ten U.S. writers of all time.

As a filmmaker, he’s directed hundreds of ads/pieces of content, and screened in competition at such festivals at Locarno, Montreal World, Vancouver, New Orleans and Independent Film Festival of Boston. Two feature documentaries he directed/produced, From Nothing, Something and make|SHIFT have been acquired for distribution by The Orchard and Gravitas Ventures, respectively. His narrative short Well-Founded Concerns won “Best Short Film” at Sci-Fi London.

Tim is also an ASCAP songwriter whose music has been featured in hundreds of television shows around the world - including one of those “Real Housewives” spinoffs, which made his mom super excited. His cover band once opened for Debbie Gibson at Syracuse University Dance Marathon.

Amanda Zarle

Amanda Zarle

Chief Strategy Officer

Amanda is responsible for leading strategy and research efforts at HeyLet’sGo. She thrives on studying business challenges and draws on her consulting and agency experience to translate insights into a strategy that will inspire clear, impactful solutions. Prior to joining HeyLet’sGo, Amanda led research and development for clients including United Airlines, Nabisco, Unilever, Ford Motor Company, Merrill Lynch, Monster.com, Eversource, Lincoln Financial, New Balance, Bose, Mass General Brigham, Tufts Health Plan and many more.

When she’s not driving strategy at HeyLet’sGo, she enjoys driving across New England to see her college kids compete in basketball games and run in cross-country/track & field meets.

Mike Shaughnessy

Mike Shaughnessy

Executive Creative Director, Head of Design

Mike started his career as an Art Director at Khonke Hanneken/Milwaukee where his scrappy, smartly designed portfolio caught the eye of one particularly visionary east coast Creative Director (Tim!) at Mullen in Wenham, MA. He interviewed, got the gig, and soon rose to Associate Creative Director.

A stint at Arnold on Activision and Progressive followed. Soon thereafter, he took a Creative Director job at Hill Holliday where, for 12 years, he conceived and oversaw work for Cadillac, Major League Baseball, Liberty Mutual, Bank of America, Dunkin’ Donuts, Great Wolf Lodge Resorts, Cracker Barrel, Fireball Whisky, and Frontier Communications.

He joined HeyLet’sGo in November of 2019 as Executive Creative Director/Head of Design.

Mike’s work has been recognized by One Show, Communication Arts, MPA Kelly awards, Hatch, Clio, and Lurzer’s Archive among many others. He also is a Co-Founder, Partner and Creative Director at Bent Water Brewing, which he’s helped take from startup to one of the most ubiquitous craft beer brands in New England.

He is a father of three, two of which are twins, so he currently has absolutely no outside interests of any kind, whatsoever.

Lisa Gapinske

Lisa Gapinske

VP, Account Director

Lisa is responsible for leading and building our client relationships. Her experience spans agencies large and small where she learned how to effectively solve the most complex brand challenges as nimbly as possible. She brings efficient strategic insight, creative thinking and empathetic leadership to drive our clients’ businesses forward.

Prior to HeyLet’sGo, Lisa led the strategy, development and execution of integrated campaigns for a wide variety of B2B and B2C clients including Bank of America, Toyota, Citrix, Iron Mountain, Rockland Trust and Audley Travel. She believes in the power an efficient creative approach can have to maximize the budget, timeline and ultimately outcomes for a brand.

When she’s not keeping Hey Let’s Go going, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and trying to keep her dog, Charlie, entertained.
