However, instead of using a keyboard, the player uses their penis inside a special condom as a joystick to beat HIV virus. The promotion of the game has been made in distributing these high-tech condoms, through TV and web commercials, social networks such as as Chatroulette and Facebook. The campaign got an important press coverage and the originality of the game associated with a serious message transformed "Cock-out" operation into a large success.
