The King replies to burger fans – all of them

Every retailer knows you shouldn’t keep customers waiting. When Burger King in Denmark analysed its response time to comments on social media, it decided it could do better. Much better. So after promising to respond to customers in record time, it pushed the idea even further. It began replying to comments about McDonald’s too, making some cheeky jokes while also giving the recipients the right to a free Whopper. A truly king-sized social media operation.
