“A Day in My Life”

– Joe Dessi, Client Services Executive

My Goal of the Day:
Finding the right balance between spending time on client business versus new business development. It is always a juggle.

My Thought of the Day:
A good laugh goes a long way.

My Action of the Day:
Enjoy 15 minutes walking outside alone, even if it’s to the train in the morning or around the block before catching a late night Uber home. Some of my best ideas come to me during these quiet interludes between a packed work day and active family life at home with my young kids.

My Deed of the Day:
Bring a little friendliness to everyone I encounter by saying hello and goodbye to each of them: the train conductor, the Starbucks barista, the lobby security guards, the person I don’t know standing at the water dispenser.

My Tip of the Day:
Listen more, talk less. I’m not good at it, but I try.
