Huge Co-Founder and Former CEO Aaron Shapiro Assembles Top Industry Talent to Launch Product

Aaron Shapiro, co-founder and former CEO of Huge, has assembled a team of leading industry talent from Huge, DDB and Havas to launch Product. By working at the convergence of sustainable transformation, customer experience and marketing, Product has already attracted leading brands, including Google, Post Consumer Brands, Better, Chubb and Seeking Alpha.

Shapiro, founder and Chairman of Product, is a celebrated marketing leader. He is best known for building and growing Huge into a 1,500-person global digital agency that was acquired by IPG. Other roles include: founder and CEO of Silverpop, a marketing automation SaaS company that was acquired by IBM; founder of IPG agency Elephant; and founder and CEO of Dayforward, a tech-driven, D2C life insurance company. He is also the author of the digital growth manual, Users, Not Customers.

Product’s future-oriented leadership has held executive roles at some of the most progressive agencies in the world, and includes:

  • Chris Stempky, Managing Partner, was previously Managing Director at Huge, where he managed two offices and led the agency’s largest accounts. Most recently, he helped found Faire, an experience design agency acquired by The Atlantic. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale relationships with leading brands including Google, Diageo, Walmart, M&M's and Citibank.
  • Tim Nolan, Partner, Creative, led creative at Huge, Havas Chicago and the Vice Digital Agency. He’s created breakthrough campaigns for brands including Netflix, Nike, Playstation, Google and MTV, and his work has been awarded by The Cannes Lions, The FWA, One Show, Effie Award, and The Webbys.
  • Auro Trini Castelli, Partner, Strategy & Sustainability, is the former Chief Strategy Officer of DDB, Elephant and Gyro, and has spent his career working at the intersection of strategy, creativity and sustainability for some of the world’s most iconic brands including Apple, Audi, Beats by Dre, Goldman Sachs, and Oreo. He served as a United Nations Delegate and speaker for the Media For Social Impact and Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Carolyn Shapiro, Partner, Finance & Operations, previously served as Director of venture capital fund Reciprocal Ventures, and held senior-level positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities
