Velocity Afrika is pleased to announce that they have signed Cape Town based director, Michael Matthews.
Michael first got a leg up into the commercial world through his branded content videos, for clients such as MTV, seven years ago. His commercials career is driven by visual and technical content, working with both local and international agencies; namely King James, MTV (UK, SA), 303LOWE (AUS). His half hour film, Sweetheart (2011), has screened at festivals in more than 12 countries around the world.

Michael is also in the process of directing his first South African based Western feature film.
