PORTFOLIORupert is a multi-faceted talent at MPC, designing, directing, concepting and creating stunning VFX and animation projects. With a background in print design and illustration, Rupert’s creative flair has seen him as an instrumental artist on projects at major broadcast companies including Sky and Red Bee. Since joining MPC, Rupert has designed and developed the new E4 character, Eefer, along with five new idents for the channel’s re-brand. He also showcased his directing flair on the new Ford, ‘Ecosport App’ online film and created the stunning visuals for the Daft Punk ‘Random Access Memories’ official launch party at the Shard in London. Rupert’s design skills have earned him a Gold award at Promax Europe for Best Design in a Promo for National Geographic ‘Incredible Human Machine’ and both Silver and Bronze in Title Design at the New York Festival for Bloomberg TV idents. He has spoken at events including IBC Amsterdam, Onedotzero festival and Maxon training events. His creative interests go beyond VFX- as an accomplished musician Rupert has released an album and toured the U.S as the bass player with of his former band The Capes.
A top European director, Bruce St. Clair’s detailed, story-driven commercials resonate with viewers around the globe. Born in Italy, raised in Spain and educated in Britain, St. Clair brings a distinct international perspective and style that has shaped his work for clients across Europe and North America.
St. Clair has worked with leading international brands including Samsung, Coca-Cola, Chevrolet, Gillette, AT&T, Audi, VW, Opel, MINI and others. His work has earned top honors from leading international advertising awards organizations including Cannes Lions, the Clios, and D&AD.
St. Clair has creativity in his blood, with an ad man father and a Vogue stylist mother. He received a degree in 3D interior design, learning skills that inform his visual style to this day. St. Clair was introduced to commercial production as a production assistant, and diligently worked his way through the ranks to director. He has shot all around the world, and speaks Italian, Spanish, English and French.
Alex is a hugely experienced and multi award winning director, who is drawn to stories with a strong visual backbone. He is a lovely chap to work with, and always tries to take the idea to the next level, both visually and conceptually. And his work has a lightness of touch that we like around here at Fat Lemon.
He has made commercials for some of the world’s leading brands including Carling, Playstation, UNICEF, Volvo, Drench, Burger King and Volkswagen.
Chris Vincze is an award-winning director whose films combine strong performances with state-of the art technology. After six years at creative studio and leading VFX house MPC, where he was an in-house director, VFX supervisor and Head of Stereoscopic content, Chris is now focusing entirely on directing. He has directed spots for clients including Strongbow, Pringles, Pfizer, Native Instruments and Esso. His film for Women’s Aid won Creative Review Best In Book, and a Creative Circle Gold as well as being nominated for Cannes Lions and British Arrows awards. Always at the forefront of new technology, he has directed stereoscopic content and recently just directed his first VR film for Esso.
