Born in Białystok in 1976. Dropped out of college where he studied architecture to pursue animation direction.
In 1999, he joined Platige Image where he currently serves as a creative director. Directed over 100 ads, game cinematics, animated shorts, and worked on multiple artistic projects. His movies, “The Cathedral” (2002), “Fallen Art” (2004) and “The Kinematograph” (2009) garnered international praise and success. “The Cathedral” was nominated for an Academy Award in 2003 and received the Best of Show award at SIGGRAPH. “Fallen Art” received the Jury Honors at the 2005 SIGGRAPH and the BAFTA Award in 2006. “The Kinematograph” was nominated for the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival. Bagiński directed the animated set design for the “Seven Gates of Jerusalem” concert, which was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2009. In 2010, he directed “Animated History of Poland” which promoted Poland at the Expo 2010 in Shanghai. In 2011, he served as the creative director for the MOVE YOUR IMAGINATION campaign that promoted Polish tourism at the ITB tourism trade fair in Berlin. Bagiński was also responsible for directing the iconic cinematics for “The Witcher”, “The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings” and “Cyberpunk 2077” all of which were released by CD Projekt RED. He’s currently involved in several feature projects including Wiedźmin movie. 

Jakub Jablonski

Born in Łódź in 1981. Studied painting and graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Also graduated from National Film School in Łódź with a degree in animation and special effects.

Joined Platige Image in 2008, where he currently heads the Art & Design department. Jakub creates illustrations, movie concepts, posters, characters and set designs for commercials, movies and video games. He was involved in multiple artistic initiatives and ad campaigns. Jakub has created hundreds of character designs for commercials for both global and national brands. 

Bartek Kik

Director

Bartek is a world-class animator and animation director, involved in numerous commercials and cultural projects.

Bartek graduated from the National Higher School of Film, Television and Theatre in Łódź, with a degree in animation and visual effects. He joined Platige Image in 2007, and since then has been involved in the animation production for commercials, game cinematics and art projects. In 2008, he co-directed a short film Teaching Infinity with Jakub Jabłoński.

Kik has been involved in the production of cinematics for Hitman, Risen 3, For Honor and Total War: Warhammer video games. He helped to bring the Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV film to life, and took part in the production of live action short Ambition, promoting the European Space Agency. Also, he co-directed Culture, a short film produced for the Move Your Imagination campaign, promoting Poland at the ITB tourism trade fair in Berlin, and the animation for the Catzilla computer benchmark. Currently he is directing the animated feature Fatima. 

Damian Nenow

Graduated from the National Film School in Łódź with a degree in animation and special effects. Joined Platige Image in 2006. Nenow directed three animated shorts, and each one was a very important step for the artist. “The Aim” (2005), created while he was still in film school, was the first of his movies to receive an award. “The Great Escape” (2006) was screened at major international film festivals. “Paths of Hate” (2010) was short-listed for an Academy Award nomination, received a Special Distinction at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, was honored at Comic-Con, the world’s largest comic and video game festival and received the Best of Show award at the 2011 SIGGRAPH. Damian directs advertisements and is often involved in various special projects. He directed “City of Ruins”, a stereoscopic digital reconstruction of Warsaw destroyed in the course of World War II, which received the prestigious Muse Award in 2011. He also made great cinematic to "War Thunder" game. Trailer "Battle is on" trailer straight from Gamescom.
Currently, he is working on his first feature-length movie “Another Day of Life”, based on the eponymous book written by Ryszard Kapuściński. The film will be an innovative mixture of documentary and animation. 

Kamil Pohl

Director

An artist and a craftsman in equal measure, Kamil Pohl oversees Platige Entertainment’s projects on both creative and technological level.

Kamil has been working with Platige Image since 2007. He was the art director or manager of commercials for such prestigious brands, as Coca-Cola, Duracell, Orange, Orbit or Metlife. He took part in the execution of The Witcher, Ambition, Move Your Imagination, Maria Curie-Skłodowska, Paths of Hate and The Kinematograph projects. His other achievements include the photography for Canal+’s animated series Niezły Kanał and Nike’s comic book-like ad starring Cristiano Ronaldo. He was also the host and lecturer of Platige Image’s Graphic & Animation Course, during which 16 students made a short film How to Train Your Robot.

Currently Kamil is responsible for art direction, new technology development and implementation, and recommending the use of new techniques at our Entertainment department. His R&D work resulted in creating the innovative technology of spherical mapping of spacial geometry, which allowed us to speed up the process of generating lifelike 3D sets. The tech was presented in detail at the Siggraph 2013 conference.

Kamil has been involved in directing the animation and films for the theatrical play Pilots, which premiered at the Musical Theatre Roma in November, 2017.

Director

Director, screenwriter and VFX Artist with a 15-year long career in the movie industry. The hallmark of all his projects – films, animations, music videos and cinematics – is a combination of strong narration and impressive visuals. Tomek is able to achieve such amazing results because of his great understanding of storytelling, which, after graphics, is his biggest passion. In his spare time he creates screenplays, short stories and comics.
