Story In the new spot, “Cheesehead: Beyond The Fan,” Rodgers is exiting a stadium when the Cheesehead guy, who is waiting behind the gates, yells out, “Hey, Rodgers. Discount Double Check,” to which Rodgers replies, “Every time you see me, you say that. Don’t you say anything else?” In a series of flashbacks, the Cheesehead guy reminisces about all the times he’s used those same words to get into a nightclub, recite his wedding vows, perform surgery, and even provide counsel to panel members – each scenario ending in a positive outcome. The answer is “No” – Cheesehead guy doesn’t say anything else. Rodgers casually walks away while a voiceover explains how It Pays to Double Check.
“Cheesehead: Beyond The Fan” is the third of three :30 spots from the overarching campaign featuring Rodgers to roll out during this football season; previous spots include Throwback and Still On.
