Story	Los Angeles-based Central Films North’s award-winning director Rodrigo Garcia Saiz teams up with DDB Argentina to deliver an affecting story of a loving canine that follows his best friend and sole companion to the end in the new PSA “The Man and the Dog” for FATH (Fundación Argentina de Transplante Hepático).
Philosophie	The spot harkens to the story of Japan’s most famous dog, Hachikō, and finds a dog and his elderly owner going about their daily routine, radiating a genuine and lasting bond in their interactions. When the man suddenly has a health crisis, the loyal pup chases the ambulance and meekly awaits the return of his buddy outside the emergency room doors. The dog is innately drawn to a woman being wheeled out of the hospital as it becomes apparent that she now possesses the last essence of his best friend.
Problem	This is the story of a 75 year-old man and his best friend: a non pedigree brown dog. They are very close to each other and they always walk together. Until one day, the man suffers an ACV and he’s interned in a hospital. But the loyal dog doesn’t abandon him. The animal waits for his owner at the door of the hospital. No matter if it’s a rainy day or a cold one. The dog waits and waits. Until one day, the hospital door opens and the dog runs happily towards a 40 year old woman, who doesn’t understand well, but smiles. Fundación Argentina de Trasplante Hepático is an Argentinian non-profit organization that has been carrying out its charitable work of Organ Transplant since 18 years ago.
