Josefine has 15 years’ experience working at leading advertising agencies in both Stockholm and in Sydney. The last five years she has been at INGO Stockholm where she is now Creative Director and also part of the Grey EMEA Council. In Cannes Lions 2016 INGO was creatively ranked No 1 in Sweden and No 3 in the world.

During the years Josefine has won over 50 awards, including Cannes Gold lions, D&AD Yellow Pencils and Grand Prix in Eurobest. Her ground-breaking work for the discount food store LIDL has been awarded with Gold Lions three years in a row. She has been a member of both Swedish and international awards juries. During 2016 she will be judging at Cannes Lions, LIA and Guldägget and as well as sharing her opinions and trend spotting in panels and talks.
