Titel | Dig in |
Brief | The Clink Restaurants, situated inside prisons, aim to reduce reoffending by training inmates for a career in food and hospitality. It’s an amazing story. Our task was to tell it. On a small budget. So we invited journalists and food critics to ‘dig in’ and spread the word for us. The invitation was in the form of a book, with a knife and fork secreted inside its pages. The dust-jacket gave an overview of the story we wanted to tell. And the theme of ‘escaping’ was a snug fit for our objective of helping prisoners escape a life of crime. |
