Joanne is currently Chief Operating Officer for DigitasLBi North America, a leading global digital advertising agency. As COO, Joanne focuses on operational transformation and improvement of speed to market. As President of the DigitasLBi New York region for 11 years, Joanne drove significant expansion and growth of Digitas New York, adding several Fortune 500 clients and recruiting some of the industry’s top talent. She tripled the number of clients, grew the region from 100 employees to over 600 employees and helped the region earn a host of awards, from Best Places to Work in NY and Atlanta (7 consecutive years), to numerous creative and media awards including Cannes Grand Lions.


Joanne serves on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement New York, on the Agency Advisory Board for the IAB, and is an Executive Member of She Runs It (formerly Advertising Women New York). She is also an honored recipient of the Academy of Women Achiever’s (YWCA) Women Achiever Award. In 2011, Joanne received the AWNY and Working Mother magazine "Advertising Working Mother of the Year" award. She served on the Board of Cartera Commerce from 2014-2017. Joanne joined the Board of Directors of DSW in 2016.
