- Work directly with Co-Founders to set agency growth plans and vision
- Work directly with CFO to analyze sales pipeline and forecast models
- Plan and provide oversight for all sales and marketing-based new business activities
- Build and maintain relationship pipeline
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Set presentation/pitch approach and RFP response narratives
- Deliver capabilities and pitch presentations
- Analyze data and parse information to uncover meaningful/actionable insights
- Develop and present strategic marketing recommendations
- Maintain consistent presence in work execution post on-boarding
- Identify additional growth opportunities for clients
- Work directly with Account, Creative, Technology, Media and Analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment and understanding of client needs
