Story “Goodbye Insurance, Hello InsurAAAnce,” the first campaign by Deloitte Digital’s Heat as AOR for CSAA Insurance Group, builds awareness for the brand’s insurance product and connects with the next-generation of policyholders. 
 
Deloitte Digital’s Heat found that while many consumers don’t like insurance providers, they love AAA. This led to the creation of InsurAAAnce, a new brand platform that makes it impossible to forget that AAA offers insurance.  
 
Deloitte Digital’s Heat launched “InsurAAAnce” with two “love” songs in partnership with acclaimed director Dave Meyers. The campaign will run until Q2 2021 across TV, OOH, digital display, DM/EM, online, landing page, radio and print.  
 
 
The compelling work not only represents a new creative direction for the brand, but the initial success of the brand’s partnership with Deloitte Digital’s Heat.
