Will lives in Henley on Thames, where as a Town Councillor and former Deputy Mayor, he is very much part of the local community. In his spare time he is competitive and determined - he trained and completed the London Marathon in 2019, raising £6000 for the Chiltern Centre for the Disabled. He loves the river, the festival seasons, the outdoors, and the challenge of the fair weather golf course.
Will started his marketing career as a Graduate Trainee with British Airways in New York working in marketing on the premium cabins including Concorde, First Class and Club World. Returning to the UK in 1995 to do a Masters in Marketing, he worked with AGB Taylor Nelson on Superpanel. He joined McCann Erickson in 1998, first in a strategic marketing role and then in 2000 as New Business Director for McCann Erickson Windsor. In 2001 he became Marketing Director for the McCann Erickson UK & Ireland delivering three years of double digit growth. Following roles as Marketing Director for WCRS/EHS Brann, WTCS and Publicis London. In 2007 he became an Intermediary at Agency Assessments International and set up HAI Consulting in 2012.
