I started as a copywriter in Warsaw and after becoming the Copywriter of the Year in Poland, I was offered a position of a Creative Director. I worked across Central Eastern Europe for McCann, BBDO and Leo Burnett, lucky to meet people with whom and for whom I created some of the iconic, talked-about campaigns. They boosted clients' businesses and helped my networks to lead in Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Armenia.
I hold over 150 industry awards, including Effie, Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Epica, Golden Drum, Red Apple, yet the biggest reward is the possibility of inspiring other creative people and helping new talents. I am an investor in people and a member of the jury of Young Guns. I am in the board of Fundacja Asymetria dedicated to popularize Central European artists.
