Marketing & New Business Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and dedicated marketing & new business coordinator to join our growing team at our busy East-London studio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing coordinator to join a fast-growing team and help play a pivotal role in the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of marketing activities and play a central role in developing our PR and new business strategy.

You should have a solid experience working within an agency environment on marketing, communications and new business activities. Ideally, you will come from a small agency background, which has honed your entrepreneurial thinking and creative problem solving skills. You should be confident in creating new connections through networking, social media etc to help us continue to grow our network of talent, media contacts and clients.

You will help strategise methods (new and tried) to promote the company including compiling regular mail outs and helping to update. You will be a key public face of the company and will consistently network with the industry at large through, but not limited to, awards shows, industry events, social functions and work screenings. You dovetail PR and marketing initiatives that are consistent with, and add value to, the sales/new business process.
