Philosophie In accordance with the philosophy of Tribis, the mailing focused on the well-being of the dogs themselves. Tribis sent out boxes of Pralines during the Christmas season. After opening them, the customers realized that the contents were treats not for them but for their dogs. giving a suprising edge to the announcement of the booking discount which could be obtained by filling out and returning an accompanying postcard.
Problem The dog lodging company Tribis, Takes care of man's best friend when owners go on vacation. At Tribis, the dog is king and is the focus of a wide range of services. The advertisement was intended to thank patrons for their business while making them aware of an early booking discount.
Ergebnis By the end of 2004, the mailing had generated 100% occupancy rate for the Ski and Christmas holiday season and an occupancy rate of 60% for the summer.
