Story Opendoor aims to change how people think about real estate by reinventing life's most important transaction with a radically simple way to buy, sell and finance a home. And as the spring real estate season ramps up, the brand is launching two new installations in its ongoing series of spectacular For-Sale signs. The campaign turns the brand's ubiquitous signs placed at listing properties into their own media platforms and reaches and engages new customers in unique and surprising ways. The first new sign, launching today, April 3rd, commemorates the finals of the NCAA College Basketball Tournament, aka "March Madness," by literally raising the bar and the sign and turning it into a basketball hoop for the neighborhood kids. As a welcome alternative to the traditional real estate process, the brand encourages prospective sellers and buyers to "stop the real estate madness."
