Story | Based on a classic novel, The Unknown Soldier was the biggest movie ever made in the Finnish language. With a production budget of 7.8 million euros, it could never have been made without support from brands. But the sponsorship was epic too: ads for sponsors' products were shot in the style of the film, movie-themed products went on sale, and the lottery company even used its huge reach to broadcast a call for extras. All this helped promote the movie and drove its success. |
