Story | When “Aéroport de Paris” became “Paris Aéroport”, it also got a new visual identity and the signature “Paris Loves You.” The aim was to ensure that the city’s airports were travellers’ first positive experience of Paris. The tone of voice had to convey romance, elegance and frivolity. “Paris loves you” is more than just a tagline: it’s a challenge to staff and management to create excellence at every touch point, from friendly service to reduced waiting times and a sense of safety. |
