Story Operation Smile is a nonprofit medical service organization that has provided hundreds of thousands of safe surgeries for those children born with cleft lip and cleft palate around the world. Many of this children face bullying and social isolation.
This film shows a little girl that prefer to stay at home playing with her own shadow instead of playing with other kids due to fear of bullying.
And is part of a campaign to raise funds to help children with cleft lip and cleft palate.
