Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
Spreading, celebrating and rewarding creativity is very important not just one year, but every year. It is very important to join the PHNX jury again this year to discover perspectives from all over the world and reward creativity together.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
A very valuable approach. Because our industry is not just limited to creators. Besides the creators, there are many teammates who are at least as valuable as them. On the brand side, this is the same situation. Therefore, it is very important for the jury from every department of the industry to look at the works with their own eyes and evaluate them.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
Perhaps this is the detail that makes PHNX most special. Because in some cases, disbelief or economic reasons may prevent us from seeing great works in awards. Therefore, free entry until the shortlist stage allows every agency, every creator to participate in the competition more freely with the work they believe in and trust.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
Winner of awards by hundreds of people, from all over the world!
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
People! Because at the end of the day, it is always people who determine trends! Since creativity is created by people, people and emotions are always the basis of what we do!
Who would you nominate as your two or three “creatives of the year”?
We are in the first months of the year. Therefore, it is not possible to name two or three creators of the year.
