CEO, entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in building, leading and running cross-cultural digital and interactive teams with high-spec professionals from international digital agencies such as Grey and Ogilvy New Zealand as well as founding and managing several independent companies. Tommi has also studied the role of Artificial Intellignce in creative processes and has a PhD in Computer Science (Computational Creativity and Artificial Intelligence). Tommi´s research focused on how computers can model creativity and how human creativity can be supported by computational tools. His fields of expertise are artificial intelligence, computational creativity, social media, content marketing, digital services and digital strategy. 

Jari started his agency career when social media marketing was becoming the talk of town. Thus his approach to creativity is social-first. This also lead to the creation of Kurio, which he co-founded in 2012. Jari has built many internationally awarded campaigns and helped Kurio reach Agency of The Year nominations. He is an avid keynote speaker, having taken the stage at e.g. Cannes Lions and Eurobest. 

Elli has a strong view and passion for building brands, especially with new tools such as social media and AI. In her previous agencies such as TBWA and in Kurio, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies and the biggest advertisers in the Nordics, such as Volkswagen, Microsoft, Arla, and Philips. Elli has received various acclaimed industry awards for her work, and a WCC gold medal from synchronized skating in her professional athlete past. She is an inspirational speaker and has been selected among the top speakers in Finland listed by Speakersforum. Elli has been leading the Academies at both Cannes Lions and Eurobest for many years – in which she is also a jury member this year.
