As a 20-year marketing veteran with an extensive background in customer relationship marketing, Perry has been driving innovation in direct marketing and loyalty programs in several sectors. Early in his career, Perry was instrumental in the design and launch of OnePass, an industry leader with many now-standard program features including MileageSaver Rewards and the first mileage-earning credit card. He also created Hilton HHonors and ClickRewards. At Javelin, Perry manages all our direct marketing, e-mail and integration efforts on behalf of AT&T.
