Tara Comonte

Tara Comonte joined Getty Images, a leading global digital marketplace for images, video & music content, in April 2013. As CFO & SVP, she is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of all aspects of the global finance function including financial operations, tax & investor relations.

Tara joined from McCann Worldgroup, the world’s largest marketing communications network within IPG (NYSE:IPG), where she served as CFO. Previously Tara was one of the key founding leaders of IPG Mediabrands (managing approximately $30B in global media billings) and served there as Global CFO and Chief Operating Officer; Global CFO of Universal McCann; and Regional CFO for EMEA within the Publicis Groupe.

A seasoned global executive with a strong track record of success working as a key commercial and
strategic member within dynamic management teams, attracting high calibre talent, and driving top and bottom line growth. Industry experience spanning multinational advertising, media, digital content and e-commerce businesses often with a focus on transformation of business models, development of new revenue streams and delivering new and improved performance visibility. Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with internal teams, private equity owners and the broader external investment community. Broad remit of responsibilities and regarded as a highly effective team player contributing to the future growth and development of the business.

In 2012, Tara was named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and is a
Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree. She is also the first CFO/COO to be
inducted into the American Advertising Federation's "Hall of Achievement Under 40."
