Story | Nowadays, it's astounding how hyper-realistic images generated by Artificial Intelligence are. These images result from millions of combinations using photos from the internet as their base. BCP (Banco de Crédito del Perú), the official sponsor of the Peruvian National Team, has collaborated with TBWA Peru to launch a promotional campaign that harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence. The campaign's initial idea stemmed from a question: Out of all the hyper-realistic images that Artificial Intelligence can generate, is it possible to find one that resembles one of the 30 million Peruvians? The answer was a resounding "Yes," and now, every Peruvian who resembles one of these Artificial Images has the chance to win double tickets for the upcoming match between the Peruvian soccer team and Venezuela on November 21st. The 'A.I.dentical Fans' campaign features 50 soccer fans of different genders and ages, all generated by Artificial Intelligence. These AI-generated fans are calling out to their real-world doppelgangers, inviting them to experience something they've never had the chance to before. The campaign is primarily run on social media and involves well-known soccer influencers. "We recognize the increasing popularity of Artificial Intelligence and saw the opportunity to use it in a unique way that hasn't been explored before. This initiative was born from that vision, leveraging AI as a tool to put true Peruvian soccer fans in the spotlight, allowing them to support their team at the National Stadium of Peru," stated Christian Borja, BCP's Brand Strategy Manager. Every BCP client can participate by visiting www.viabcp.com/laconvocatoria, selecting the AI-generated image that resembles them and providing their personal details. The contest will conclude on November 16th at 3 pm, with the winners announced on BCP's social media channels. |
