Story Homeless people in Denmark are no longer allowed to sleep in groups, or "camps". But since the law fails to define a camp, homeless people get arrested for sleeping outside together on pieces of cardboard. It is however completely legal to sleep outside if it's in front of store while waiting for a sale. So newspaper like Ekstra Bladet organised pop-up stores with sales for the homeless, communicating the stores' location through outdoor media. Homeless people who showed up were even given a line number. So they could sleep in perfect legality.
