Juliet has 20 years experience in the industry working both agency and client side.;She started her career in the voluntary sector where one of the highlights was working with BBH to reposition Barnardo’s. The brand platform is still alive today and the campaign won both the Golden Lions at Cannes and the IPA Grand Prix for Effectiveness.;From there, Juliet made the leap to agency life, working on a wide variety of brands at a national and international level, including Masterfoods, Tango, Eurostar, Nissan and Playstation.;She then moved to RKCR to run their Virgin brands, including Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Mobile, Virgin Media and Virgin Trains. Her task was to ensure the brand’s unique challenger attitude didn’t just live across the portfolio, but across every customer touchpoint. She also won the digital business for Atlantic and Mobile, helping the client to create their first seamlessly integrated campaigns.;In 2009, Juliet joined Brothers and Sisters as Managing Director and Founding Partner. During her time there, the agency grew from content start-up to a 65 strong full service, integrated agency for clients such as Sky, Unilever and Adidas. Under her leadership, the agency developed a reputation for innovation. They were the only agency to win a Mobile Lion at Cannes in 2012. Their Twitter Grand Prix was also the 3rd most successful Twitter campaign ever – behind Obama’s election and something to do with the Kardashians – which we have all hopefully blanked from memory!;BMB welcomed Juliet as CEO in 2014.;www.bmbagency.com
