Madison is Global Chief Production Officer of KBS. Her focus is on the operational structure and the production and delivery process to service the integrated needs of the five agency locations.
Madison is responsible for the production of all of the agencies work globally as well as creating new operational models and capabilities for the integrated needs of the agency's clients. Over the course of her 18-year career, Wharton has worked on Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Huawei, Burger King, Pepsi, Lipton, Breyers, Bacardi, BMW, VW, Heineken, and Exxon. She applies a truly integrated approach to production in order to find efficiencies in timelines and budgets while still maintaining a deep dedication to making award-winning creative. Her work has been awarded 6 times at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity including the Inaugural Innovation Grand Prix as well as D&AD, the Clios, and the Effies.
Madison recently joined KBS in the summer of 2017. Previously, she's served as a production leader at DDB, The Barbarian Group, Momentum and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
Madison was named She Runs It 2017 Advertising Working Mother of the Year, an award given to outstanding mothers who achieve strong business results and serve as positive role models and mentors.
