Can dancing really be an exercise?
Bet to agree or disagree?
Many before the invasion of corona virus had enjoyed the freedom of waking up early and hitting the road to drive miles and miles to work, some enter their trainers and jugg or walk miles in the early morning cool breeze. And then came the dreaded mass killer called covid 19.
We were all forcefully confined to the four walls of our home. Hereby cultivating a routine of sleeping, eating, watching movies, playing games or we stay on our computer and phones for hours not changing positions. I personally had began to feel cramps, stiffness and pains in my joint from long hours of sitting to write and working on the PC (because I am working on a book presently). All because we must not leave our compartments or we get knock down by the killer. But this is still injurious its like running from a serial killer and sleeping with a silent killer.
If this continues it will do so much damage to our body, mind and purses.
Anxiety will definitely set in, which might finally degenerate to depression if care is not taking. Its expedient that we should at least take care of our body in order not to get our health lockdown at the end of the lockdown.
When we get our body going and in good shape we can find a way around our lean purses or business breakdown. But how can we simply do this while we are still on the run from the serial killer on our street?
Simply get dancing……
Oops!! did that caught you unaware. Yes I meant it Dance!!! Dance!!!! Dance!!! Turn on your musicbox and simply dance. Its really a therapy I will recommend for you right in the middle of this crises.

Do you know my genuine answer…….. Yes it is. According to the Web.. Dancing is the movement of the body in a rhythmic way usually to music and within a given space for the purpose the of expressing an idea or emotions, releasing energy or simply taking delight in the movement itself.
From the above definition we can use one stone to kill many birds. So let's see how many birds will the dancing stone kill?

It involves the whole body so if well done, you will sweat and definitely burn the extra calories you've gained since the lockdown.
Its speaks to your soul(mind) as the you move to the sweet rhythms of the music.
Its helps to release pent up emotions.
Its relieves you of bad energy or vibes as you take delight in the movement itself.
Combats health conditions caused either by bad feeding or depression. Remember a merry heart do you good than medicine.
Sparks your Sex life and promotes deep sleep in the embrace of your spouse.
Finally, since you can dance in your cosy appartment with your family. It will foster closer relationship and fun at home.
It is said that 30 minutes dance burns 150-250calories about the same as Jugging.
So what are you waiting for join a therapeutic dancing class or dance in your cool living room with your loving households.
