Throughout her illustrious career, Selonica has earned a reputation as a brand-building virtuoso, harnessing her wealth of marketing and communications expertise to fortify and elevate brands across various sectors, including retail, banking, aviation, and FMCG. Selonica's journey in the advertising world commenced at Leo Burnett Sri Lanka in 2004, where she embarked on a remarkable ascent through the ranks. Her dedication and talents ultimately led her to the position of Executive Director at Publicis Sri Lanka, where she oversaw a portfolio of some of the world's most beloved brands until 2020.
From her humble beginnings as a Brand Executive to her current role as Chief Executive Officer, Selonica's remarkable journey to the C-Suite has provided her with unparalleled insights into the inner workings of brands and the individuals behind them.
