CEO and founder of ADLER, a full-service advertising agency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) that offers the following services: Brand strategy, creativity and design, UX /UI design and writing, digital media planning, BTL (activations and events), influencer marketing, and film and multimedia production.

As the head of ADLER, her vision is to drive innovation and lead a passionate team in creating effective advertising campaigns. With three years of experience as CEO of Arandu, an award-winning agency in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), where she led an interdisciplinary team that won the first Effie Award for Bolivia, Andrea brings her strategic and creative approach to a new level at ADLER.

She has also been a jury member at the prestigious FIAP, PHNX and Effie Latam advertising awards, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in advertising at an international level.
