Neil began at Still Price Lintas on Unilever and Nestle’s biggest brands. Moving to BBH he made one of the UK’s top 10 favourite commercials for Boddingtons and worked on the multi-award winning campaigns for Lynx and Häagen-Dazs. Neil joined St Luke’s in 1996 becoming MD in 2002 and an FT Face to Watch the same year. Neil led a management buyout of the agency in 2010 and became CEO. Under his management, the agency has been in The Sunday Times Top Companies To Work For list four times. Neil is an elected member of the IPA Council.
