Edward Chilchott began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi in 1995 working across Hewlett Packard and Kodak Professional. In 1999, he joined Leagas Delaney and the global Adidas team before being approached to help start up a new agency, Malcolm Moore Deakin Blayze in 2001. After leading the agency to the high profile European MTV account win and running the business and co-running the agency for 2 years, he took the decision to use his experiences across large, medium and small agencies and apply the learning to set up The Minimart with Tim Clyde in July 2003. As joint founding partner and creative director he has seen the agency, in 10 years, grow to 30 strong in London and working with global clients such as BBC, Sony, Rubicon, Ovaltine, British Red Cross, Merrell, Switzerland Tourism and Coty.
