Story Internal campaign, using "beanie babies" / stuffed cartoon characters, to raise awareness in employees’ children about how much Petrobras has invested in the environment. The positive publicity, it was hoped, would indirectly influence and increase promotional purchases within the BR ranks.

Ergebnis Simple mechanics were used to stimulate consumer participation. Promotional materials with both visibility and impact targeted employees' children, serving as an an additional reason for parents to participate in the internal promotion.
