Aaron is the chief strategist and visionary at Prowess. Since co-founding the company in 2003, Aaron has used his technical aptitude, marketing sensibility, and leadership to help evolve the strategic direction of the company. He keeps a pulse on the ongoing operations of the business and overall industry trends. He strives to look at technologies from a holistic and customer-centric perspective—anticipating new and better ways that Prowess can serve its clients.
Coming from a career in IT consulting, Aaron is a technology and business generalist who knows how technology works and how it can be most effectively leveraged by businesses. In his earlier role as president for a regional Internet-application-development firm, Aaron led the company successfully through the economic downturn of the early 2000s. He then moved to a broader technology-business opportunity, taking on the revival of a Seattle-based IT firm, where he acted as the director of business development.
When Aaron isn’t keeping shop in the Prowess Seattle headquarters, he has been known to seek out optimal snow conditions, where he can carve telemark ski turns knee-deep in powder.
